About the Role:
We are looking for a Property Sales Consultant to handle customer inquiries and close property deals from our platform listings. This role focuses on guiding buyers, presenting project options, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads from website and marketing channels
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects
- Present property options and explain project details
- Arrange and coordinate site visits with clients
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Coordinate with developers for availability, pricing, and bookings
- Maintain records of leads and sales in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Basic understanding of property market
