About the Role:
We are looking for a Property Sales Consultant to handle customer inquiries and close property deals from our platform listings. This role focuses on guiding buyers, presenting project options, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads from website and marketing channels
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects
  • Present property options and explain project details
  • Arrange and coordinate site visits with clients
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
  • Coordinate with developers for availability, pricing, and bookings
  • Maintain records of leads and sales in CRM
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to meet sales targets
  • Basic understanding of property market
