About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead and grow our real estate sales team. This role will focus on driving revenue, improving lead conversion, and ensuring successful deal closures across all listed projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team (inbound and outbound)
- Set sales targets and track performance
- Drive lead conversion from inquiries to bookings
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
- Work closely with developers for project updates and offers
- Ensure smooth deal closure and customer experience
- Build and manage broker/agent network if required
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Good understanding of property market
