About the Role:
We are looking for a Verification Analyst to review and validate all project information and documents before listing on our platform. This role ensures accuracy, transparency, and trust by allowing only verified projects to go live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project documents (approvals, NOCs, plans, developer details)
• Verify accuracy of project information (pricing, inventory, claims)
• Cross-check data with relevant sources and authorities when required
• Identify missing documents or discrepancies
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams for clarifications
• Maintain records of verified and pending projects
• Support the compliance team in approval process

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in data verification, compliance, or real estate
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of property documentation
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
