About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Compliance & Verification to ensure that all real estate projects listed on our platform are legally verified and meet regulatory requirements. This role is critical in building trust by allowing only authentic and approved projects on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the project verification process
• Review and approve all project documents before listing
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory authorities
• Coordinate with developers to collect required approvals and documents
• Identify and flag any legal or compliance risks
• Maintain proper records of all verified projects
• Work closely with acquisition and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in legal, compliance, or real estate verification
• Strong understanding of property regulations and approvals
• High attention to detail and risk assessment skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage verification processes and teams
