About the Role:
We are looking for a Developer Account Manager to manage relationships with onboarded real estate developers. This role will focus on ensuring smooth coordination, updated project information, and maximizing sales performance for listed projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing developers
- Ensure project listings are always updated (pricing, inventory, availability)
- Coordinate with developers for new launches, offers, and updates
- Work closely with sales team to align on project availability and deals
- Resolve issues or escalations related to developers
- Monitor project performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure timely communication between internal teams and developers
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate, account management, or client servicing
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of property market
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
