Position: Project Acquisition Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a Project Acquisition Manager to identify and onboard new real estate projects onto our platform. This role will focus on expanding our property inventory by working closely with developers and ensuring all required project details are collected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach real estate developers for new project listings
• Present Apna Apartment platform and onboard projects
• Collect complete project information (pricing, inventory, plans, approvals)
• Coordinate with verification team for document validation before listing
• Maintain updated records of all onboarded projects
• Work closely with Developer Relations and Sales teams
• Track market trends and identify new opportunities

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in real estate, sales, or business development
• Good understanding of property market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple developers and projects
• Self-motivated and target-driven
