About the Role:
We are looking for a Site Visit Coordinator to manage and coordinate property site visits for clients. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth and professional experience for customers during project visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients
- Coordinate with developers and sales teams for visit arrangements
- Confirm visit timings and follow up with customers
- Ensure smooth on-site customer experience
- Maintain records of site visits and customer feedback
- Assist sales team in managing customer visits and inquiries
- Support event and project launch visit coordination when required
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or real estate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to manage schedules and multiple visits efficiently
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
