About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Developer Relations to build and manage relationships with real estate developers. This role will focus on onboarding new projects, maintaining strong partnerships, and ensuring a steady pipeline of verified inventory on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers
• Onboard new projects onto the platform
• Negotiate commercial terms, including commissions and exclusivity
• Ensure timely updates of project details, pricing, and availability
• Coordinate with verification team to ensure all listings meet compliance standards
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote projects
• Identify new opportunities to expand project inventory

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in real estate, developer relations, or partnerships
• Strong network within the real estate developer community
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Self-driven with strong business development mindset
