About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their property buying journey. This role focuses on lead follow-up, customer support, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries from website, calls, and social media
- Follow up with leads and schedule meetings or site visits
- Maintain customer records and update CRM system
- Coordinate with sales team for lead management and deal progress
- Provide timely support and resolve customer queries
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for better experience
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and organized approach
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
