About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their property buying journey. This role focuses on lead follow-up, customer support, and coordination with internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries from website, calls, and social media
  • Follow up with leads and schedule meetings or site visits
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM system
  • Coordinate with sales team for lead management and deal progress
  • Provide timely support and resolve customer queries
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers for better experience
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or sales support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused and organized approach
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
