About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Customer Experience to lead and improve the customer journey across our platform. This role focuses on ensuring excellent service from inquiry to deal closure and maintaining high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve overall customer experience
  • Lead CRM and customer support teams
  • Ensure timely response and follow-up on customer inquiries
  • Improve customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth customer journey
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in customer experience, CRM, or client servicing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage teams and processes efficiently
  • Experience in real estate or service industry is a plus
