About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead customer acquisition and brand growth for our real estate platform. This role will focus on generating high-quality leads, building brand trust, and driving traffic to the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategy
• Drive lead generation through digital campaigns
• Manage performance marketing (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Build and strengthen brand presence
• Work closely with sales team to improve lead conversion
• Manage marketing budget and optimize cost per lead
• Oversee content, social media, and campaign execution
• Track and report marketing performance

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience in marketing (real estate or digital preferred)
• Strong experience in performance marketing and lead generation
• Good understanding of customer acquisition funnels
• Leadership and team management skills
• Analytical mindset with focus on ROI
