About the Role:
We are looking for a Channel / Broker Partnership Manager to build and manage relationships with real estate agents and brokers. This role focuses on expanding sales through external channels and increasing deal flow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a network of real estate brokers and agents
  • Onboard channel partners and explain commission structures
  • Drive sales through broker partnerships
  • Maintain strong relationships with active partners
  • Coordinate with sales team for deal closures
  • Track performance of channel partners
  • Identify new partnership opportunities in the market

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales or channel partnerships
  • Strong network of brokers and agents
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and relationship-focused
  • Ability to manage multiple partners
