About the Role:
We are looking for a Channel / Broker Partnership Manager to build and manage relationships with real estate agents and brokers. This role focuses on expanding sales through external channels and increasing deal flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a network of real estate brokers and agents
- Onboard channel partners and explain commission structures
- Drive sales through broker partnerships
- Maintain strong relationships with active partners
- Coordinate with sales team for deal closures
- Track performance of channel partners
- Identify new partnership opportunities in the market
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales or channel partnerships
- Strong network of brokers and agents
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and relationship-focused
- Ability to manage multiple partners
