About the Role:
We are looking for a Property Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue, and ensure successful deal closures across our platform. This role focuses on managing sales consultants, improving conversions, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the property sales team
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance
- Support team in closing high-value deals
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation
- Work with developers for project updates, pricing, and offers
- Track sales pipeline and report performance
- Train and guide sales consultants
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in real estate sales
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Good understanding of property market
