About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Marketplace to manage and grow our real estate platform. This role will focus on balancing property listings (supply) and customer demand, ensuring high-quality inventory, and improving overall platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the property inventory on the platform
• Ensure all listings are accurate, verified, and up to date
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion
• Monitor performance of projects and optimize listings accordingly
• Coordinate with developer relations team for onboarding new projects
• Improve user experience and overall platform engagement
• Track key metrics such as leads, conversions, and sales performance

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in marketplace, real estate, or platform business
• Strong understanding of supply-demand dynamics
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
